Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Zayavochki is a web service that runs right in the browser — no installation or servers on your side. Create a workspace in a couple of minutes, invite your team by link, and start receiving internal requests right away. All you need is the internet and any device.

How is it better than email and spreadsheets?

In email and Excel, requests get lost and you chase statuses by hand. In Zayavochki every request has a type, an owner, a status and a change history. You can see what’s in progress, what’s approved and what’s stuck — without endless forwarding. It’s a proper system for tracking internal HR requests, not scattered spreadsheets.

Who can submit requests?

Any employee invited to the workspace can submit requests. HR and admins run them by status, configure types and respond to questions. Roles are separated: an employee sees their own requests, HR sees all of them across the company. Each company works in its own workspace and data never overlaps.

Is it available in English?

Yes. Zayavochki’s interface is available in Russian and English and switches at any time right in the header — no separate accounts needed. It’s convenient for teams with international employees. Request type and status names are localized too, so everyone sees the service in their own language.
